Hello and welcome!

If, like me, you are passionate about fresh, seasonal food, you will have a fantastic day. With a huge range of small producers and genuine artisan products, and with demonstrations throughout the day from leading regional chefs and cooks, the memories you will take way with you are limited only by your imagination!

Many of you will know that I really value healthy family food. Getting our kids to appreciate good food and a healthy diet starts with giving them delicious, simple meals cooked from fresh ingredients, and getting them cooking in the kitchen as their interest and natural desire to experiment grows.

That is why I like this festival so much – families are right at the heart of the event, with hands-on activities and cookery fun for children of all ages. The cookery demonstrations focus on hearty family food with recipes that everyone can cook and enjoy in their own kitchens – bringing good food back into the heart of the home.

Enjoy the festival, enjoy the splendid setting of Glansevern Hall Gardens, and – most importantly of all, enjoy the fine food and drink from Wales and the Borders!
