We continue to grow each year so help us as make this the best year ever…Welcome to Ruidoso Festival of Lights is winter season event that starts in late and lasts until the end of March. The Electric Light Parade in the Southwest. The season event includes spectacular village lighting, skiing, shopping, tree lighting, and shows as well as carriage and sleigh rides.
